SPEEDYPAY provides digital software services, including but not limited to self-developed AI models, AI Chat, API Key management, AI API calls, AI Credits usage billing, usage records, and billing management.
Customers are required to register an account using a valid email address and are responsible for protecting their account login information and API Keys. Customers must not share their account or API Keys with any unauthorized third party.
AI Credits are software service usage credits within the SPEEDYPAY platform and may only be used for supported AI Chat, AI API, and other AI software services.
AI Credits are not cash, are not transferable, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be used outside the platform, and do not represent any investment, return, revenue right, or ownership interest.
Customers may purchase AI Credits through Stripe and other supported fiat payment methods. All prices are displayed in USD.
After successful payment, AI Credits will be delivered digitally to the customer’s SPEEDYPAY account. SPEEDYPAY does not provide physical shipping.
Refund requests are handled according to SPEEDYPAY’s Refund Policy. Credits that have already been used are generally not refundable.
Customers may use API Keys to access AI model services supported by SPEEDYPAY. Customers are responsible for properly safeguarding their API Keys and for all requests made through their account or API Keys.
Customers must not use SPEEDYPAY services for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, harmful, or high-risk purposes. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in account suspension, API Key deactivation, Credits being frozen, or service termination.
SPEEDYPAY will make reasonable efforts to maintain service stability. However, AI services may experience interruptions, delays, or errors due to technical maintenance, network issues, model updates, third-party infrastructure, or other factors beyond our control.
SPEEDYPAY processes customer account information, payment records, API usage records, and service-related data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
SPEEDYPAY may update these Terms of Service based on business, legal, or compliance requirements. Updated terms will become effective after being published on the website.
