Acceptable Use Policy

SPEEDYPAY does not support the following businesses, content, or use cases:

1. Any illegal products or services.
2. Adult content, adult services, or the generation of sexually explicit content.
3. Gambling, betting, lotteries, wagering, or games of chance involving monetary prizes.
4. Money remittance, fund transfers, debt relief, debt collection, lending, credit repair, or unauthorized financial services.
5. Weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, toxic substances, or restricted chemicals.
6. Counterfeit goods, pirated products, unauthorized brand sales, or intellectual property infringement.
7. Controlled substances, related products, or unsafe/counterfeit pharmaceutical products.
8. Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, false income claims, misleading marketing, or high-pressure sales tactics.
9. Forged documents, false credentials, identity theft, or misuse of account verification processes.
10. Spam, phishing, fraud, malware, credential theft, or unauthorized surveillance.
11. Content that promotes illegal violence, harassment, hate speech, exploitation, or harm to others.
12. Any activity prohibited by Stripe, card networks, applicable laws, or SPEEDYPAY's risk management policies.

Customers must not use SPEEDYPAY’s AI Chat, proprietary AI models, or API services to generate, support, or facilitate the following content:

• Malware, phishing, scams, or fraudulent content
• Content describing illegal activities or designed to evade law enforcement
• Explicit adult content
• Harassment, hate speech, or targeted attacks
• Content involving mass copyright infringement
• Impersonation, false identities, or deceptive automation
• Unauthorized data scraping, spam, or platform abuse
• High-risk financial, medical, legal, or governmental decision-making applications lacking appropriate compliance authorization
