SPEEDYPAY provides digital software services and AI Credits. Since Credits can be utilized immediately for AI Chat or API calls upon delivery, refunds are generally not available for Credits that have already been consumed.

If a customer has utilized only a portion of their Credits, SPEEDYPAY may, following a review, exercise its discretion to approve a partial refund based on the unused balance.
Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method used for the transaction. The actual time required for the funds to be credited may vary depending on the specific payment method, as well as the processing times of the respective bank or payment institution.
We typically review refund requests within 3–5 business days.
