Refund Policy

General Principles


SPEEDYPAY provides digital software services and AI Credits. Since Credits can be utilized immediately for AI Chat or API calls upon delivery, refunds are generally not available for Credits that have already been consumed.

Customers may request a refund under the following circumstances:


  1. Duplicate payments occurred for the same order.
  2. Payment was successful, but the corresponding AI Credits were not credited to the account.
  3. Credits were purchased in error, and the purchased Credits have not yet been utilized.
  4. System technical issues resulted in erroneous charges or incorrect metering.
  5. Other special circumstances approved following a review by SPEEDYPAY.

Refunds are generally not supported in the following cases:


  1. Credits that have already been used.
  2. Completed AI Chat or API requests.
  3. Accounts suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
  4. Gifted Credits, promotional Credits, or manually issued credits.
  5. Refund requests that cannot be verified via the account email, order number, or payment records.

If a customer has utilized only a portion of their Credits, SPEEDYPAY may, following a review, exercise its discretion to approve a partial refund based on the unused balance.


Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method used for the transaction. The actual time required for the funds to be credited may vary depending on the specific payment method, as well as the processing times of the respective bank or payment institution.
